THE LOGR MULTIPARTY Record

The LOGR Record serves as the comprehensive multiparty ledger for all activities within the LOGR ecosystem.

Accessible to all organisations directly involved in the transport and delivery of goods, The LOGR Record with the ability to control permissions at the holistic, organisational, or individual user level. 

The LOGR Record functions like a traditional paper docket. Comparatively, if your business dealt with the paper docket, then naturally you had access to the data depicted on the paper, in the same way you can handle and access data in the LOGR Record. However, the LOGR Record offers advantages over paper, for instance allowing you to securely add organisation-specific details alongside the information accessible to the entire network.

LOGR Data Grid

The LOGR Data Grid provides the most flexible way of exploring the eDocket and Delivery information captured about any carted load.

Filter the Grid by criteria to summarise results, or perform a keyword search to isolate a single eDocket or driver for clarity and troubleshooting. This can be across a date range or on a single day.

Add, remove, rename and reorder the columns contained in the data-grid to suit any need. Any grid settings can be saved as a pre-set for fast formatting of data.

The data-grid can be used as a report generator of data contained within the LOGR record. Any authorised user can create specific data output aligned to their business needs. These grids can be shared with others and / or scheduled as a CSV output of the grid to any email address.

Any entry of a grid can be clicked on to allow that individual record to be explored in full. This includes details of the GPS journey, any other transit events and captured media such as weighbridge photos and delivery receipts.

Individualised Dashboards

Live and customisable multi-party dashboards are provided as part of the LOGR Air service, allowing for fast and minute by minute understanding of woodflow and factors affecting operational efficiencies.

Fully multi-party capable, a LOGR licence permits any party listed within the eDocket record to take out their own subscription to access the eDockets which they are associated with. Thus fully realising the only redeemable benefit of the old paper dockets, by providing each party, i.e. Suppliers, Contractors and Customers (Delivery Locations) instant access to the eDocket and its information on origin, journey, cargo and delivery information.

These live dashboards include truck movements via a real time and replayable maps, incoming loads advice, summary of completed dockets and net ton/volume delivered in tabular and trend graphs.

Dashboards are user specific meaning that different roles within your organisation can customise snapshots of LOGR which are most meaningful to them.

QUOTAS ACROSS THE MULTIPARTY

Part of the LOGR Insights suite, Quotas facilitates opportunities for real-time conversations between woodflow managers, active contractors and customers. Quotas help identify adjustments that may need to be made to keep woodflow on track, for example the impact of operational issues such as a forest being inaccessible due heavy rain, or a stop work instruction issued at a Mill.

There is flexibility to set weekly or month targets by operation type, or by harvest crew for specific products to customer delivery locations. Insights then allows for tracking performance per load completed against the target.

With the power of Multi-Party any organisation can see how quotas set at a forest will affect work across the many suppliers they provide cartage for. For example within a single table, a contractor can see their quotas from many suppliers, or a customer can see the expected wood flow from all their suppliers. All without needing to log into any other party’s system.

Congestion & TRUCK QuEUING

By having all suppliers and contractors integrated into a single system, our solution empowers delivery locations to have a comprehensive understanding of traffic levels at any given time. This invaluable information enables them to proactively manage the flow of deliveries, ensuring efficient operations and minimising bottlenecks. Additionally, incoming transport providers also gain access to this data, allowing them to take proactive measures and avoid peak traffic periods.

Finally turn on the LOGR Queue System to implement truck queuing to safely manage accesses to chokepoints. The LOGR Queue System implements some advanced algorithms to control access based on predefined ratios that align well with supply agreements.

As a result, the workload is fairly distributed, enhancing the overall streamlining of facilities and optimising productivity across the board.

Summary Reports

LOGR captures real-time events, documenting the business as it unfolds, making it an effective source of truth. With attention to detail, every operation, transaction, and milestone is recorded, forming a comprehensive record of your business activities. Through interactive Summary Reports, LOGR offers a powerful tool for delving into the work completed from multiple perspectives. Think of it as an interactive, always up-to-date pivot table, enabling you to explore and analyse data with ease.
